Return Policy

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  
• All items must be unworn and unwashed, with any original tags attached.
  
• All discounted items are final sale.
  
• Refunds must be refunded to the original payment method. If that is unavailable, we will email you an electronic gift card.
  
• You are responsible for the return shipping, and all shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Process

Email onyxthreads1@gmail.com with your order number and we will email you a return address.
Once your return is received it will be processed within 7 days. Your refund will be credited to the original method of payment used to place the order. Refunds may take up to 5-7 days depending on your bank. You will receive a confirmation email once your return is processed.
